Easter almonds
Ingredients:
300 g sugar
1.5 dl water
300 g almonds with skin
Oil q.b.
Preparation:
Add the sugar and water and bring to a boil and boil for
three minutes. Wash beans, dry thoroughly in a cloth and
add them to the sugar syrup. Get involved and take over
a medium heat until it forms a sweet sanded. Increase
the intensity of the heat and let the almonds to win a
color 'caramelized'. Remove, sprinkle on a work surface,
oiled, and with the aid of a spatula, separating the
kernels go. When they are warm, drop them from the table
and distribute them for glasses. Serve cold.
Tip: Combine the sugar syrup juice of half lemon.

Cabrito Assado
Passa-se na máquina cebola, chouriço de
carne, toucinho gordo, alho, piripiri e salsa. Junta-se
o vinho branco para obter uma massa com a qual se
esfrega o cabrito por dentro e por fora, e fica umas
horas neste tempero. Assa-se em forno lento e vai-se
regando com molho formado, podendo adicionar mais
branco. Acompanha-se com batata que assaram em
simultâneo.

Oven Roast Kid
Mince the meat sausage, onions, uncured
bacon, garlic, piripiri and parsley. Add white wine to
obtain a paste with which the meat will be rubbed inside
and outside. Leave for a few hours in this marinade. The
meat should be roasted slowly, occasionally pouring some
of the broth over it. You may also add more white wine.
Serve with roasted potatoes cooked simultaneously.

Chocolate Easter
eggs
Ingredients:
1/4 lb. butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 lb. confectioners' sugar
1-1/2 cups peanut butter
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. milk chocolate candy melts, milk chocolate
coating chocolate, or milk chocolate chips
Preparation:
Mix the butter and cream cheese together. Add the
confectioners' sugar and mix well. Add the peanut butter,
vanilla, and salt and mix until well-blended. Place the
mixture in the refrigerator to chill for at least one
hour. Form the peanut butter mixture into egg shapes,
then refrigerate again for at least one hour. Melt the
chocolate in a microwave oven or in a double boiler.
Using a large toothpick, dip each peanut butter egg in
the melted chocolate. Arrange the chocolate coated eggs
on a waxed paper lined tray and allow the chocolate to
harden. Place each peanut butter egg in a paper candy
cup.
