Carrot Bread

 

Products for 6 servings:

  800 g carrots;

  4 eggs;

  10 g cheese;

  salt;

  black pepper;

  1 tsp ground cumin.

Preparation:

 Clean and cut carrots rings. Boil them with a little water over low heat and close lid with salt, pepper and cumin. When soft well crush them with a fork to roughly mash.

 Beat the eggs of the omelette.

 Stir together carrot puree, eggs, grated cheese.

 Lined to form for average cake with baking paper.

 Bread is baked from 25-35 minutes to 170-200 degrees.

 Cut into slices and serve warm or cold as a garnish or as an appetizer.

 

 

Salad of papaya and avocado

 

Preparation:

Squeeze one part of the fruit, in the juice add finely chopped red onion, a little ginger, stir. Cut papaya and avocado into strips, stir, add the white part of green onion, fresh mint leaves, sprinkle with sea salt and olive oil.

Dessert with Yogurt (sweet but healthy)

 

Preparation:

Thick yogurt is formed into a ball on a plate, pour honey and decorate with berries.
