don’t follow a sensible and healthy diet (54%).

Most of students have
regularly breakfast (61%).

The 87% of the
students eats at least 3 meals a day.

The 44% of the
students does not eat sweets and fast food between
meals, but the 33% of the students usually eats snacks
between meals.

Most of respondents
(56%) drink at least 1.5 l of water during the day. The
39% doesn’t drink water.

Fortunately more than
a half of the students eats at least 3 portions of
fruits and vegetables a day.

The 49% of the
students, who took part in the survey, eats diary
products in the diet which are the source of calcium,
while the remaining part doesn’t eat them (31%) or
doesn’t know (20%).

Fortunately most of
the respondents (56%) eat fish twice a week.

The 51% of the
respondents tries to limit the amount of sparkling sweet
drinks.

The half of the
students (51%) thinks twice before buying the products,
while the remaining part doesn’t do it.

Most of the students
who took part in the survey don’t read the ingredients
on the label of the product.

Most of the
respondents (56%) do not read any information concerning
the nutritional values of the products.

The 44% of the
students tries to eat low fat products than the fatty

reduce the amount of sugar in the diet, while the

Students (72%) usually
prefer cooked dishes than fried ones.

usually control their weight regularly. Only the 36% of
them does it.

the students who took part in the survey (41%) eats

To sum up our students don’t usually try
to follow a sensible and healthy diet, they don’t eat
dairy products which are source of calcium, they don’t
read the ingredients on the label of the products and
the information concerning the nutritional values of the
products; they don’t try to eat low fat products than
the fatty ones and they don’t try to reduce the amount
of sugar in the diet. They don’t control their weight
regularly.
On the other hand they have breakfast
every day, have 3 meals a day, they drink 1,5 l of water
a day and they eat fruits, vegetables and fish during
the week, they try to limit the amount of sparkling
sweet drinks and they think twice before buying a
product; they prefer cooked dishes than fried ones.
